OUR Thoughts on Private Villa 'Oro Paraoa, Maharepa, Moorea, French Polynesia
On the shore of the idyllic Moorea lagoon with it's infinite shades of blue, the Private Villa ‘Oro Paraoa resides in Maharepa, with boutiques, restaurants and a small shopping center close at hand. 15 minutes from the ferries dock or Moorea Airport in a Beachfront location with lagoon access ‘Oro Paraoa is a sanctuary where eco-luxury is enlivened by Nordic design and the island's vibrant mana. Envelop yourself in a private retreat where Mount Tearai faces the tranquil Moorea lagoon, and enjoy wellness, relaxation, and cuisine. The name honours ‘Oro, the Tahitian deity of love and war, as the villa sits on land once dedicated to this powerful god, and Paraoa, a homage to the majestic humpback whales that can be spotted in front of the villa.
At your disposal: 3 kitchens fully equipped with hugh-end appliances, an equipped workspace, Apple TV, high-end audio system, safe. Private dinining upon request.
It's beachfront location provides a view of the lagoon and the ocean as well as direct access to the beach. The outdoor spaces are set in a landscaped tropical garden, where many living spaces have been designed for relaxation: veranda, terraces, deck allowing whale watching in season, spaces dedicated to the practice of yoga and 16 metre swimming pool. On-site organic garden offering fresh produce.
An air-conditioned gym, a wellness area and a cinema room complete the facilities. Private activities on demand: scuba diving, snorkeling, free diving, hikes, sunset cruises, yoga classes, wine tastings, spa services and wellness sessions.

Modern in style with Nordic influences, the villa is adorned with the creative expressions of Jopsu Ramu. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 3 units of great comfort and privacy: A one bedroom lagoon villa for 2 people, a two bedroom garden villa for 6 peiple, and a two person studio to accommodate two additional guests or staff members. All spaces are air-conditioned.
A minimum of 3 nights is required to stay at Villa ‘Oro Paraoa.
For comfort and safety reasons, the Villa welcomes children aged 12 years and over.

One Bedroom Lagoon Villa:
This Villa has One Master Bedroom with an ensuite with showers both indoors & outdoors. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace. Northwest facing vistas of Moorea Lagoon. This Villa houses the Lounge with a High-end Entertainment system: 85'' 4K TV with Apple TV, a High-end audio system, Play Station 5, Xbox Series X and a Nintendo dock. As well as the lounge there are also Three Kitchens with capacity for 10 people dining: Two indoor kitchens (one back kitchen for preparation), a Breakfast bar, One Gourmet outdoor Kitchen, Big Green Egg & Teppanyaki grill and state of the art appliances.

Two Bedroom Garden Villa:
This villa positioned by a peaceful pond has two ensuite bedrooms with can be connected into one family accommodation. It has a 42'' 4K TV with Apple TV, Kaleidescape movie platform, HDMI in HOMEPOD for music, Study desk, mini bar, Expresso machine, Meditation Bench, Private pond and a pond-side private terrace.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 peoples (3 people in each of the rooms)
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed in each of rooms
Additional Bedding: A fold-out sofa bed can be used for the 3rd person in each of the 2 rooms
Studio:
The Studio is equipped with all the necessary technological conveniences and provides an appealing setting for remote work or video conferencing. This world class office space, doubles as a Bedroom with contemporary design and functionality. With the capacity of 2 guests staff sleeping and 6 people working has a Kitchenetter and an Outdoor Shower. The Workspace has a printer/scanner and Apple studio monitors.

Getting To and From the Private Villa 'Oro Paraoa
Located on the edge of the idyllic lagoon of Moorea, French Polynesia, Villa 'Oro Paraoa is located in Maharepa.The Villa 'Oro Paraoa staff will meet guests at Moorea airport, ferry terminal or yacht and transfers them to the villa. Complimentary transport is provided to the villa.
