Our Thoughts on The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort, Motu Ome’e, Bora Bora
Located on the pristine and magical island of Bora Bora, in French Polynesia. Your Accommodation Options
(In ascending order of price)
There is only one word to describe The St Regis Bora Bora Villas and that is “enormous”. Every villa is at least a 1-bedroom suite with separate bedroom and living area. The smallest is 144m2 in size and the biggest a massive 1200m2.
Quoting St. Regis Bora Bora Resort:
“The largest accommodations in the South Pacific, all Villas at The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort are suites with separate lounges and bedrooms luxuriously designed in exotic noble woods with traditionally woven fibre accents. Intricately carved Polynesian sculpture and scenes by local artists depicting island lifestyle gracefully adorn the walls; while floor to ceiling windows shaded by wooden blinds and linen curtains catch and diffuse the changing light throughout the day.
Spacious bathrooms are appointed in Italian marble with a dressing area, double sinks and separate sunken bathtubs and rainshowers. Terraces feature deck chairs, a dining gazebo, a snorkelling equipment box and an outdoor shower.
All air-conditioned Villas are equipped with at least two 50 inch screen televisions and Bose Surround Sound systems that are also CD and DVD players fitted with MP3 player cables, espresso machines with complimentary coffee pods, minibars, individual safes and wifi access.
All Overwater Villas showcase Bora Bora’s stunning lagoon with glass viewing panels directly into the water below.

The land-based accommodation is designated “Reefside” or “Beachside” while the Overwater accommodation units are defined by whether or not they have a view of Bora Bora’s fabled central island and Mt Otemanu. Any accommodation type with the word “Otemanu” in its title has guaranteed views of Mt Otemanu from the room and decks.

One-Bedroom Garden Suite Villas with Pool:
Located on-shore, these 251m2 beauties come complete with 6x4 metre swimming pools and a sizeable private outdoor walled garden which includes an alternative out-door shower. Each has a separate bedroom and lounge area and is located beachfront. Most face the romantic islands of Raiatea and Taha’a as a backdrop. Villas are handy to the Lagoonarium, Spa Miri Miri and the resort’s restaurants etc.

One-Bedroom Beach Front Suite Villas with Pool:
These very private villas are located on the main island, set among the palms and gardens and face out to the lagoon with the resort and Bora Bora’s beautiful Mt Otemanu to the left in the distance. They are 152m2 in size and feature separate bedroom and living room and a private walled off garden with outdoor shower which opens off the bathroom. A 4 metre by 3 metre plunge pool out the front completes the picture. These villas are very handy to the Lagoonarium, the Spa Miri Miri and the tennis court.

One-Bedroom Overwater Superior Suite Villas,
Lagoon View:
At 144m2. The One-Bedroom Overwater Superior Suite Villas are located closest to the main hotel facility and are accessed by boardwalks off two small lagoon islands, one of which contains the Oasis Swimming Pool. This pool is set among palm trees and white sand park-like grounds. This Villa has a separate bedroom and living room.

One-Bedroom Overwater Deluxe Suite Villas,
Mt Otemanu View:
At 144m2 and similar in size and layout to the Overwater Superior Villas. Overwater Deluxe Otemanu Villas are located further out on the lagoon and accessed by boardwalks built over the lagoon and every Villa faces the lagoon and romantic Mt Otemanu.

One Bedroom Overwater Premier Suite Villas
Mt Otemanu View, Whirlpool:
At 177m2, these Villas have the standard layout of a separate bedroom and living area but everything is a little bigger in size plus there is the addition of a 1.7 metres by 1.7 metres Jacuzzi whirlpool on the deck facing the lagoon. These romantic villas are accessed by boardwalks off the small islands closer to the hotel’s central facilities, are very handily located near the Oasis Swimming Pool and have spectacular views out over the lagoon to Mt Otemanu.

One-Bedroom Overwater Royal Suite Villa,
Mt Otemanu View, Swimming Pool:
These Villas are an alternative configuration of the Overwater Royal Otemanu 2 Bedroom Vilas with Pool – the only difference being that one of the bedrooms is locked-off making this category more suitable for a couple not requiring the additional bedroom that the 2 bedroom option offers.

Two-Bedroom Overwater Royal Suite Villas,
Mt Otemanu View, Swimming Pool:
With “Dress Circle” positions either off the centre of the small island which is the location of The Oasis Swimming Pool and with the 2 branches of the overwater villas stretching out wide on either side, or at the very end of the left hand boardwalk, these superb 265m2 villas offer stunning views of the lagoon and Mt Otemanu. Each is a two bedroom and two bathroom suite and each features a 6m x 4m suspended pool over the lagoon. These suites feature a central lounge between two bedrooms with adjoining lavish bathrooms. Glass viewing panels throughout the Villa give glimpses into the lagoon waters below. A large deck with two symmetrical dining gazebos is a superb place to catch the sunsets over the lagoon and the mountains beyond.

Two-Bedroom Garden Suite Villas, with Pool:
Land based suites of 321m2 featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an awe-inspiring vista to the surf on the reef of the Resort’s open ocean side with the islands of Taha’a and Raiatea for a backdrop. They feature a central lounge between two bedrooms with adjoining lavish bathrooms that open into private walled-in gardens equipped with outdoor showers. A coral-pink hued stone terrace with two symmetrical dining gazebos and a 6m x 5m infinity edged pool completes this picture of tropical elegance.

The Three-Bedrooms, Royal Estate Villa,
Presidential Suite, Private Beach, Outdoor Pool:
The ultimate St. Regis Bora Bora Resort experience awaits in the Royal Estate. Land-based, this 1200m2 private compound is closed in on three sides with coral walls and opens up to its own private beach facing Bora Bora’s sparkling lagoon. Inside, an entrance lobby, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a dining room and lounge with adjoining professional kitchen, an office and a solarium surround a central open sky courtyard with a private 9.6m x 5.9m swimming pool tiled in light-reflecting white glass mosaic.
Sculpted columns of lustrous exotic wood line the internal walkways bordered by lush tropical vegetation. Textures blend indoors as Venetian stucco wall treatments, Italian marble, noble woods, woven fibres and rich fabrics subtly mix with fine Polynesian art accents.
The separate master bedroom pavilion features a whirlpool, sauna and steam room as well as a private gazebo.
Finally, the glass wall solarium opens out onto a large airy deck elevated above the beach and lagoon and appointed with deckchairs, beach umbrellas, tables and chairs for dining and an outdoor shower. Enjoy views of the lagoon with Mt Otemanu out to the left.
Guests in the Royal Estate receive dedicated butler service. A private Chef is also available on request.

Getting To and From St. Regis Bora Bora Resort
Bora Bora Airport is located on an island in the lagoon and you enjoy wonderful views of the whole island as the aircraft approaches Bora Bora. A comfortable launch transfer is provided between the airport jetty and the resort; the launch journey takes approximately 15 minutes each way.
The resort provides a twice daily launch service between the resort and the mainland at a charge.
The service operates daily:
Departs resort 08:30am. Departs Vaitape 11:30pm
Departs again 6:00pm returning 9:00pm
Families and Kids
St Regis Bora Bora caters for families exceptionally well with special attention for kids right from check-in and continuing throughout your stay. There are lots of special little touches like their “Ice Cream Passport” for free milkshakes, smoothies and ice creams (subject to parental approval of course!), age-related amenities for kids in Villa on arrival - fruit or vegetable purees for babies and cookies for older kids, child-sized bathrobes in the Villa, discounts for meals, a fantastic Kids Club and even child-size bicycles. For families staying 5 nights minimum the resort offers a complimentary laundry service for kids’ clothes (kids aged up to 12 years) during their whole stay.

We compliment St Regis Bora Bora on their many generous options for families. It can be something of a minefield working out the best option for each individual family, but as we specialise in the resorts we offer, we are very good at sorting out the best fit for every family, so leave it to us!
Every Villa at St Regis Bora Bora is well set-up for adults and children to share due to their generous space and the 2 separate rooms which comfortably cater for 2 adults and 2 children. For those with a bigger family or couples seeking more privacy, there are two-bedroom villas.
Children in Overwater Villas:
“A disclaimer for children and adults 17 years old and under staying in Overwater accommodation must be signed by parents prior to check in. The Resort kindly requires that all children and adults 17 years old and under always be supervised in Overwater Accommodation.”
General Policies for Kids
Kids Stay Free:
Children up to 12 years of age stay free (including extra beds) when sharing a villa with their parents, subject to individual Villa maximum occupancy policies (see above).
Kids Meals:
Little Kids eat Free

and drinks.
Kids Aged 7 to 12 Years Dine at 50% Discount
● Children aged up to 12 years receive a 50% discount off
regular adult menus.
Conditions:

Kids’ Club:
The complimentary Kids Club is available for kids aged between 5 and 12 years and comprises an indoor play area as well as a program of outdoor adventures on the resort’s private island.
The Kids Club operates 9:00am to 5:00pm daily and bookings are required at least 24 hours prior to a child’s attendance.

Check-in/Check Out
Standard Check-in and Check-out times:

Check Out Time: 12 noon
Guests arriving prior to 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Baggage may be checked in for guests arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
In order to guarantee immediate access to accommodation if arriving prior to 3:00pm the night prior to scheduled arrival date will need to be booked and paid.
Guaranteed Late check-out until 4:00pm can be provided on request and subject to availability at 50% of the cost of the accommodation occupied.
Guaranteed Late check-out after 4:00pm can be provided on request and subject to availability at 100% of the nightly cost of the accommodation occupied.
