LAU'S GETAWAY 
New - 2 very special high quality, air-conditioned Villas in Avatele Village. Spectacular Ocean and Bay views from coast-top ocean-front location. Each Villa comprises 2 levels – lower level with lounge, dining and kitchen, upper level with bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Balconies on both levels give the impression of floating above the ocean. Balcony on bedroom level is furnished with a stand-alone 2 person claw-foot high-ended bath and comfortable day bed. Lounge balcony has comfortable furniture. Self-contained, adults only, great for couples and honeymooners, binoculars on stand.
NAMUKULU COTTAGES 
Five delightful, self-contained (with kitchens) 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages location towards the north of the island in a lovely quiet location a short walk to Hio Beach and handy to several of Niue's best snorkelling and sightseeing locations. Enjoy the views, the shaded swimming pool, stunning sunsets from your covered deck or from the lookout, the on-site bicycles, snorkelling gear and wireless internet access. The 3 Bedroom Cottage has 2 bathrooms.
Matavai Motel & Villa SCENIC MATAVAI'S APARTMENTS & VILLA 
Located on the cliff top 1.7km north of Matavai Resort. 5 individual buildings, each with 2 Studio Apartments with an interconnecting door to convert each duplex building into a 2 Bedroom Apartment. Air-conditioning, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with cook hob, microwave, refrigerator, a central freshwater swimming pool surrounded by decking, and a guest BBQ. All rooms have a balcony offering prime ocean views. Charge-back all services at Matavai Resort. Matavai Villa is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom House located next door to the Apartments.
SCENIC MATAVAI RESORT
Perched on the edge of clifftop, Scenic Matavai Resort Niue offers intrepid travellers something different from other South Pacific Islands. With stunning views you’ll be able to spot whales and many other marine life. The resort is located 5 km from the Airport and 7.5 km from Alofi village. The Resort offers complimentary airport transfers, but we recommend you hire a car during your stay – the island is larger than you might think (62 km around) and you won’t want to miss out on any of the spectacular sites.

There are 4 restaurants within 500 metres and 200 metres to a coastal track which leads down to a natural reef swimming pools, snorkelling and diving. All units have cooking facilities. Fan cooled. Lagoon style swimming pool on site.
TUAGA LODGE
Situated within the grounds of the Halamahaga family homestead, guests can find themselves tucked away in a peaceful setting yet close to amenities, cafes, and iconic tracks for exploring. Tuaga Lodge features three self-contained units with kitchen facilities and ensuites.
