Hi Lesley, 

We had a great holiday, everything you organised went without a hitch. Our return flight was cancelled - never did find out why, but Air NZ put us up at a hotel with a generous meal allowance and arranged all transfers. All in all excellent service from everyone. The Muri Beach Resort was fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Many thanks for your help and I will certainly keep you on file should we ever decide to holiday outside NZ again in the not too distant future.
