Begin your tour with a quick zip to the local market to see where we purchase our local fruits and vegetables. If you’re feeling game you can even have a taste of kava while you’re there! After this, continue past the Sleeping Giant Mountain Range to the Mud Pools where you can pamper your skin in Fiji’s famous mud and then wash off with a series of baths in the clear water of a natural Hot Spring. Check out the local handicrafts displayed by the women from the local village and then visit the famous Orchid Gardens of the Sleeping Giant on your way back to base.
‘No frills’ here, the hot springs and mud pools are an authentic and rustic, but much-loved, Fijian experience. A great option for those who are looking for something a little slower paced but are still keen on a bit of an adventure.
