Our thoughts on Maitai Express Tahiti
This new hotel is due to open 01st July 2024. Located in the downtown of Papeete, on Prince Hīnoi Avenue. 2 minutes walk to the Ferry Terminal and 5 minutes walk to the Papeete Markets. Faa’a International Airport is a 15 minute drive. The hotel does not have a Restaurant but has a breakfast area near the blobby. Breakfast is not included in rates. Continental Breakfast is from 06:00AM to 10:00AM (subject to change). Express Breakfast at a cheaper option is also available from 01:00AM to 06:00 AM (Juice, Coffee, Tea, Bread, Jam) (subject to change). There is no room service and no lunch and dinner on site. Thanks to its strategic downtown location, many bar/restaurants are within easy walking distance of the Maitai Express.
It also offers easy access to all the capital's tourist attractions (waterfront, Papeete market, shopping malls) as well as the city's nightlife (bars and nightclubs). The hotel's double-glazed windows provide first-rate soundproofing, allowing guests to enjoy their rooms in complete peace and quiet. This "touch-and-go" concept is perfect for travelers in transit between international flights and the surrounding islands. Enjoy a convenient and comfortable stopover in Papeete before or after exploring the islands.

Fifty-five 17.5-square-meter room with Polynesian decor, all the comforts you need: a desk, TV, closet, bedside table with USB plug. It also includes a bathroom with shower, perfect for a couple.There are 6 pairs of connecting rooms and 2 rooms (room n° 217 & room n° 317) with disabled facilites.

Suite:
Eight 36-square-meter Suites located at each end of the bulding with ethnic Polynesian decor. Enjoy the comfort of the Suite, features a small living room with a double sofa bed, a desk, a TV, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedside table with USB plug, and a bathroom with shower.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults & 1 Child or 2 Adults & 2 Children up to 12 years old
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed

Getting to and from Maitai Express Tahiti
Seat-in-vehicle Airport Transfers will be included in your holiday package arrangements as required/agreed.

The Hotel standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:
Check In Time: 3:00pm
Check Out Time: 11:00am
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
Late check-out to 6:00pm is charged at 50% of the nightly accommodation rate booked.
Late check-out after 6:00pm is charged as an additional night.
