OUR Thoughts on VILLA 25,
25 Dream Cove, Wharf Road, Port Vila
Vanuatu is full of delightful experience and surprises, and a stay at Villa 25, is definitely one that you will long remember and treasure. Villa 25 is only 5-minutes from town, but the feeling is of a lazy, remote tropical island surrounded by nature in all its tropical beauty.
Set in a gated location in the Dream Cove district of Port Vila, Villa 25 offers three modern, two-bedroom tropical villas, each with a veranda terrace fronting a lawn and gardens which lead to the water frontage of the wide expanse of Mele Bay and the opening to Port Vila Harbour towards the western end of the bay past Iririki Island. A feature of the property is the Gathering Place (“Lowana” in the local language). Right on the waterfront, The Gathering Place comprises a modern tropical, low-set building to one side of a beautiful beachfront horizon swimming pool. The building is open-sided to catch the sea breezes and comprises an open-plan lounge and kitchen where guests gather and mingle while enjoying the pool and the view of their fellow guests enjoying the bay during the day - swimming and snorkelling amongst the corals or kayaking and paddle boarding, then later, enjoying the normally spectacular sunsets in the evenings.
Villa 25 do accept bookings for individual villas, but we believe it is at it best, when the whole 3 villas are booked by one party. It is a marvellous holiday spot for 3 couples or 3 families, each in their own villa. The tariff is arranged in such a way that it is not prohibitively expensive even for 2 couples or 2 families to book the whole property and it’s absolutely ideal for a small wedding party (we have wedding packages available) or a group of friends enjoying a break together. Even with a group of up to 15 people, individual guests can maintain their privacy within each individual villa. However, for special occasions, on-site catering can be easily arranged where a local chef sets up a meal in the “Lowana” for everyone to enjoy.
Each of the 3 individual villas is like a small house with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a fully-functional kitchen and lounge. The living room is airy with cathedral ceilings and wooden window shutters and doors which bifold back to allow access to the amazing views from all sides. The veranda/terrace out front is ideal for a lazy day of reading or enjoying your personal music played through the personal iPod docking system.
Being so handy to town, all the delights of Port Vila (restaurants, supermarkets etc) and the island of Efate are readily available to you and the managers of the property are always unobtrusively available to assist with information, recommendations and assistance.

Accommodation Arrangements
Villa 25 offers 3 spacious villas, each one features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a separate living room, a kitchen and a beautiful veranda patio only metres from the beach.
Room Categories
2 Bedroom Villas:
Each villa has one bathroom with shower.
Maximum Occupancy: 5 guests
Existing Bedding: 1 Super King Bed in each bedroom, either or both of which may be split into 2 King Single beds.
Additional Bedding: An additional single bed for a 5th occupant may be added.
A cot for an infant may also be added.
Booking the Entire Property:
With an additional single bed in each 2 bedroom villa, the 3 villas will sleep a maximum 15 guests (in addition, babies in a cot may also be accommodated), but we recommend a maximum of 4 guests per villa for the most comfortable option.
Getting to and from VILLA 25
In an excellent location, near the end of Wharf Road and only 5 minutes or so from downtown Port Vila. Leaving town, Wharf Road skirts the cruise ship/cargo ports on a good road, then heads off west on an unsealed road past Paradise Point to end at Dream Cove, only metres past Villa 25. Port Vila’s unique Taxi Buses provide a great service and the managers of Vila 25 have a special relationship with 2 or 3 Taxi Bus owner/drivers to provide services to guests. However, for those seeking independence, we are happy to organise a rental vehicle/vehicles for you and include the cost in your package arrangements.
Kids Policy
Children of all ages are welcome.
Porta cots, highchairs, pushchairs, and car seats are available.
Babysitting is easily arranged.

Official check-in and checkout times are:

Check-out: 10:00am
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
To guarantee immediate access to rooms when arriving prior to noon, accommodation should be booked and paid for the night prior to arrival.
To guarantee a late check-out accommodation should be reserved for an additional night.
Early check-in and late check-out when available at the time of arrival and/or departure, will be granted free of charge.
Resort Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days of
scheduled arrival incur a cancellation fee equal
to 25% of the full stay booked.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days of
scheduled arrival incur a cancellation fee equal
to 50% of the cost of services booked.
Cancellations made within 15 days of scheduled
arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of
the cost of services booked.
