OUR Thoughts on Nasama Resort
Nasama Resort is a serviced apartment complex that offers deluxe self-contained beachfront accommodation. Its location oceanfront in the southwest corner of Efate Island puts it in the path of cooling trade winds in the summer months. Just 10 minutes from Port Vila town centre, it is on a tar sealed road with easy access to public transport. Every apartment is decorated with style and has its own veranda for guests to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunrises and panoramic ocean views across Erakor Island. It offers the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, private patio/balcony, and free wireless internet.
On the grounds of the resort is a beautiful infinity pool and children’s pool leading to a sandy beach with a natural rock pool in the ocean for safe swimming. Guests can have fun in the complimentary kayaks or swim, snorkel or simply relax and soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach. Surfers will be pleased to know that there is a surfing beach just 5 minutes walk away!

There is plenty to keep guests entertained at Nasama Resort from kayaking, snorkelling or island hopping to simply relaxing and soaking up the sun by the pool, the beach or on their own private balcony. We offer soothing massages to the sound of waves at the beach massage faré. The barbecue area is a great place for enjoying meals with friends and family and for meeting other fellow holiday makers. Inexpensive public transport at the resort entrance provides guests with easy access to shops, restaurants, local produce and souvenir markets, duty free shopping, the major banks and much more. A minimum 5 nights stay is enforced for all bookings which include the following dates:

 - 14 September to 11 October 2024
 - 14 December 2024 to 30 January 2025

A minimum 3 nights stay is enforced for all bookings which include the following dates:
 - 09 October to 08 December 2023
 - 30 January to 31 March 2024
 - 27 April to 21 Jun 2024
 - 20 July to 13 September 2024
 - 12 October to 13 December 2024
 - 31 January to 31 Mar 2025

Your Accommodation Options
Nasama Resort has a total of 43 apartments offering 3 distinct room types; 30x Studio Apartments, 7x Two-Bedroom Apartments and 6x Deluxe Oceanfront Suites. Every apartment has ocean views, a smart TV, DVD player, WiFi, access to laundry facilities, fans, air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with 4 knob stove, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. The apartments are serviced daily with dishwashing included - everything guests require for a comfortable, trouble-free holiday.

Studio Apartments - Beach or Garden View:
All studio apartments offer stunning views of the infinity pool, ocean and neighbouring island. The rooms are spacious - 57m2 - and each has its own private balcony that opens to cooling sea breezes, magnificent island views and spectacular sunrises.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children aged under 18 years
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed and 1 Single Bed
Additional Bedding:  1 Single Rollaway Bed or a Baby Cot for a child can be added

 Two Bedroom Apartments - Sea or Pool View:
These spacious two bedroom apartments at 113m2 can accommodate children, extended family or groups traveling together. Each master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with, and there is a washing machine in the second bathroom. A spacious private balcony opens out to pool and ocean views and cooling breezes.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests total
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Single Beds in Second Bedroom
Additional Bedding:  2 Single Rollaway Beds or Baby Cot/s can be added (one in the second bedroom and one in the lounge area)

Deluxe Oceanfront Suites (ADULTS ONLY):
Offering a romantic, absolute beachfront setting, these spacious Deluxe Oceanfront Suites at 77m2 are ideal for honeymooners or for those wanting to celebrate special occasions -. They are also perfect for those simply wishing to unwind and let Vanuatu’s natural beauty take over. Spacious private balconies open to panoramic ocean views and cooling breezes.

Additional Bedding: No additional bedding accommodated

Getting To and From Nasama Resort
We will organise return airport transfers as agreed/appropriate in your package arrangements.

The Pango Road which runs by the resort, not only serves the resorts in this area but also Pango Village which is quite densely populated.  The local taxi-style mini-buses, which are the primary source of public transport for the village people, travel up and down Pango Road dozens of times every hour. They stop on demand at Nasama Resort and will drop you wherever you want to go for a fixed charge.  They are a great way to get around in Port Vila.

Kids and Families
Nasama Resort is a family friendly resort.
 - Baby cots, high chairs and baby plastic baths are
   provided on request free of charge (subject to availability)
 - Babysitting is easily arranged.
 - Special Kids’ facilities include a separate shallow children’s
   pool and a trampoline for the kids on the lawn.

Check-in/Check-out
The Resort’s staff do their utmost to ensure rooms are ready whenever guests arrive, although, of course, when the hotel is fully booked an early check-in may not be possible.  Guests arriving on an early flight from Santo or Tanna may face a wait for rooms to be serviced and made ready.

Official Check-out: 10:00am
Later check-out may be requested once guests have arrived at Nasama Resort.  When available, a check-out to noon is free of charge, a flat hourly rate applies to any later departure times.
