 Entry into the the competition is deemed acceptance of competition Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the competition.
 All entries close at midnight on Sunday 31st October, 2010.
 Prize will be drawn on Thursday 4th November, 2010.
 Prize winner must be able to provide proof of airline ticket purchase.
 The prize winner will be contacted by phone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of the prize draw, that winner will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.
 Winner details will be posted on the festival website - www.samoajbfest.org
 Prize winner must be prepared to travel to Auckland to collect the vehicle by Tuesday 9th November, 2010, at their own expense.
 All on-road costs including 12 months registration are the responsibility of the prize winner.
 If the prize winner drawn is under the age of 16 years, and/or does not hold a full New Zealand drivers license the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
 Maximum one entry per customer.
 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
 Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 Competition is open to New Zealand residents only excluding employees and immediate family of Samoa Tourism Authority, Billy TK Jnr Ltd and all agencies associated with the promotion.
 The winner's name and photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize the winner must make himself/herself available for this purpose.
