Hi Lesley,

We had an absolute blast in Fiji and I would recommend The Naviti Resort package to anyone - it was perfect! The customer experience you provided was top-notch as everything was perfectly planned. We just needed to turn up and everything else was taken care of. The package was a fantastic deal for us and we'd be totally do it again when our savings permit!

The only improvement I can recommend is to make the itinerary and voucher documents digital. It was quite cumbersome keeping physical documents and I have a habit of losing them. It would be great to have everything on a PDF in my email so that I could just pull up the documents on my phone to show them to the right people and be on our way.

Everything else was 10/10 perfect.
