Hi Hanisha, 

Thank you for arranging our trip so well.

Everything went really well, from wheelchair assist to the Savaii Lagoon Resort which we found perfect for our needs. Our night at the Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort was luxurious and we really enjoyed the service, open restaurants and the wonderful breakfast before we left, the transfers were great too.  It was a shame about the Lady Samoa III breaking down but we were glad that the smaller one was able to get us to Apia instead. We were very glad you had booked us business class as we had a lot more space for outward ferry crossing as it was pretty full.

We had super weather and just snorkelled & swam every day as that was exactly what we had gone away for. Met other Kiwis & had a social time when we wanted it. Savaii is certainly beautiful and so unspoiled. It was lovely to see the new airport though as it made waiting at departure much easier than the old one.  

So, many thanks for your excellent service and we shall certainly recommend you to friends. We shall hope to do another trip in the future.
