Hi Emily, 

Thank you for your amazing service, as I mentioned we havn’t travelled for several years and with all the changes to airport checking in we were a bit nervous. But you made everything seem less, and were able to answer my questions immediately.

The highlight was your service on the day we were due to fly out and there was a slight hiccup. You sorted it straight away.
