This email is long overdue!.
I would like to say thank you very much for your assistance a few weeks ago in getting us onto our Air Pacific flight in Auckland.
I experienced exactly the same problem in June 2007 when I last went to Fiji as Dunedin airport was again closed due to sub zero temperatures.
On that occasion, our travel agent did very little to help and through our own efforts, we made it to Christchurch where we spent the night at our own cost.
This time when we arrived at Dunedin airport on that recent Saturday morning, and faced the same problem, it was reassuring when I called you to hear that you would do what you could given the circumstances. Your efforts in Auckland were outstanding and I'm sure there aren't many travel agents who would go to the same lengths to help their customers - there was a lot of stress removed from the situation by your actions.
I'm pleased to say the rest of the trip went without a hitch and the day of the wedding was stunning and the best weather of the week.
One little quibble I did have at the Outrigger was some incorrect charging on our bill although these charges were removed when queried, but I'm sure there are many people who don't take the time to check the bill..
All in all, a great holiday and thanks again for your efforts and I'll be recommending Our Pacific to anyone I know that's travelling.
