We had a great holiday, thank you.

The bookings that you made for us, accommodation and air travel were spot on.

The Sunset Resort, was great and the poolside rooms you booked for us were ideal as per our brief. You were also right in that if we had gone from beachfront to poolside it would have been a let down. They do have garden rooms close to the laundry (not poolside) the location of which did not appeal to us at all. The staff at the Sunset Resort were lovely people. The rooms were nice but the bed/pillow comfort just a 5 out of 10. The Anchorage Restaurant breakfast was excellent but the Christmas buffet dinner about a 6 out of 10. We went to Oceans Restaurant at Crown Beach Resort for the New Years Eve buffet and it was fantastic. We chose not to eat at the Anchorage a lot as the day to day menu was limited if you ate there all the time. We did go to one of their BBQ Buffet nights ok but not amazing. However we would definitely stay at the Sunset Resort again.

Rarotonga itself was good, similar to Niue in lots of ways but way busier and with a lot more shops, restaurants, people and public transport. The shops are very expensive (as is Niue). Beach access is obviously way easier than Niue which is better for limited mobility people. We did a Koka Lagoon cruise which is highly recommend (we went on recommendation from some other tourists). 

Your service and attention to detail was again excellent (which is why, after you organized our Nuie trip we went back to you again). You are lovely to deal with via email and over the phone. We will be back in touch to ask for your help in sorting this years Christmas holiday.
