Firstly I wanted to say thanks for being a patient, knowledgeable, and helpful travel agent. Your services were incredible and if you service other parts of the world I would happily use you again.

The flights with Air NZ were good, no delays or drama's. The transfers to/from the airport to/from the hotel were also very efficient and friendly.

The Intercontinental is a very nice hotel, being only 5 years old it is in very good condition. It is located on a lovely coast and the staff at the hotel are very friendly. The spa there is INCREDIBLE, the best I have been to in years!

Probably the few drawbacks of the hotel were the food, proximity of the hotel, and the temperature of the pool. There are 3 restaurants but the food is very average, including Navo (their fine dining restaurant). As the hotel is at least a 45 minute drive from anywhere I think having a rental car would have been good - to get out and explore but also to get decent local food.

Lastly whilst it was 28-30 degrees the water is cool. Oh one more thing, upon checking out it took them 90 minutes to correct our invoice, not great service when you are checking out and in a hurry.

As stated at the beginning your services as a travel agent were outstanding, and we would be happy to deal with you again.
