SEPTEMBER 2014

Hi Lesley

We had a great time!

The resort was quieter than the Outrigger and this wasn't helped by the staff being on strike the first day that we arrived. This however didn't affect our stay (apart from not having much to eat on the Sat night.

The rooms were really spacious and because they opened onto the garden the kids could run outside and play. It felt like we were in a little cottage not a big hotel.

The facilities at the Warwick Le Lagon were fantastic and the girls loved all of the pools. We spent a lot of time in the canoes and could fit the whole family in one. We also notice they had a whole lot of new bikes (but our kids wouldn't have been confident on the roads yet).

The food got progressively better post strike and we ended up eating at the buffet most nights. It would have been nice to have had another restaurant option at the hotel. We did try the Wild Ginger restaurant but think they were affected by the strike as well.

We found Vanuatu clean and the people really friendly. There is heaps to do and the sea is just beautiful. Michael got to go surfing a couple of times which he really like and again he was the only one on the waves. The weather was hot but it did rain a bit but this didn't stop us from doing anything.

We would definitely look at going back.

Tank you Tumas for organising a great trip for us

Cheers
Leigh
