Hi Emily,

We cannot thank you enough for our wonderful family holiday at Castaway Island, Fiji. The staff and service was outstanding and we had a wonderful time on the island.

I would also like to thank you for your great service and communication throughout the year while this holiday has been planned.

By the way, Pacific Air upgraded us to a helicopter on the way to the island aswell as our return back as you know already, so that was a great surprise and family loved the trip and tour of the islands by helicopter.

Thank you again for your great service and we will be in touch in the future for our next adventure.
