Hi Lesley,

We had an awesome holiday. It was beautifully arranged by Rick and yourself.

With all our great respect and love we can advise you that Our Pacific is the very best company to deal with in our area when it comes to arranging Pacific holidays. We have been loyal clients of Our Pacific for almost two decades and we highly recommend the company. 

When we arrived to Manava Suite Resort everything was well arranged. There was a great improvement in the facilities. The pool area and a la carte restaurant were absolutely impeccable. However, the rest of the resort looked a bit tired. At night time, when we tried to sleep, the music in the bar was extremely loud until 11 pm.

Lesley thank you very much for the most wonderful lagoon view at Manava Suite Resort. It was so appreciated. For a one night stay, it would be lovely to come again. But no more than one night stay.

In regards to Kia Ora Resort and Spa - Jerry the general manager is fantastic as always. Man of every season, man of fun. God bless his appearance at the resort. We believe that while he's there the service will be impeccable. The  Kia Ora Resort and Spa is going through a change of ownership. We noticed a change in the food quality. It is missing a luxury quality but it's still going very well. 

Everything for us was organised the way we asked and expected. Thank you very much for being negotiators to get the best value holiday. Thanks to you Leslie and of course Jerry, you created the most exciting and amazing holiday for Michael's birthday which we captured in our memories and photos. You created one of the only unique and memorable experiences in Rangiroa. We will highly recommend everybody visit this place any time of the year as long as Jerry is still available there. Even knowing that the resort facilities look a bit tired now. But it's not the facilities that make the difference. It's the people who make a difference to the quality and memories and experience.

If anyone needs to know whether we want to go back for our fourth time to Kia Ora, yes we are very much looking forward to our next holiday at the end of October this year to go back to the same place. Hopefully we can achieve the same result again with your help and Jerry's involvement.
