The 21 Private Beachfront Villas are all located on a strip of low land with those perfect beaches on both sides and which is defined by raised land at both ends. The 5 Luxury Residences are located on the raised land to the south of the east and west-facing beaches and give occupants splendid, panoramic views out over the ocean.

The facilities on offer at Kokomo are second-to-none in Fiji. With no less than 3 food outlets plus the sunrise to sunset option of meals in guests’ Villa or Residence as well as dining out options which include private dining on the resort’s helipad from which there are amazing views and group dining at the Chef’s Pantry. 
Of the three food outlets, the west-facing Beach Shack is open for all meals and is the ideal place for sunset dining and so is “Walker D’Plank (open from midday) an intimate restaurant where guests walk down the plank for Asian-inspired street food. The Pool Cabana serves snacks, smoothies, charcuterie board, gourmet pizza etc.
