Experience swimming with two of the four Sea Turtles species native to the Cook Islands. We take you into their natural marine environment, close enough to touch but our sustainable tourism policies mean we only allow touching with your eyes.
Their home is not just home to Sea Turtles, we may encounter Eagle Rays, Moray Eels, Trevally, and the hundreds of species of tropical fish. You'll learn about our coral reefs, the habitat and what we are doing to protect this resource for future generations.

Tour Operates Monday to Saturday
Duration: 2 hours.
Transfers are not included. You will need to make your own way to Ariki Adventures 30 minutes prior to tour start time, the tour departure location is Avaavaroa Passage, in the Takitumu District, look for the blue Ariki Adventures sign on the side of the road.
You will need to either have a car & self drive to join the tour or catch a taxi or the local bus from your accommodation. If Self Driving please park vehicles on the land side of the main road.

Prices are in NZ dollars and subject to currency fluctuations and are for payment by direct deposit into our New Zealand bank account. QCard & Credit Card prices are available on application. Amendment and cancellation fees do apply and can be up to 100% after booking is confirmed. Our prices exclude international airfares unless otherwise stated, however should airfares be purchased they are usually non-refundable, non-transferable, name changes are not permitted, include all prepayable airline surcharges, levies and airport taxes, require full payment for ticketing purposes at time of booking, and additional airfare rules will apply – please contact our specialists for more information. Our package deals must be booked by 31 March 2027, capacity restrictions may apply, and accommodation & airfares may not be available at time of booking.
