The Landing encompasses four superb Residences offering luxury, privacy and bespoke service in unparalleled surroundings. The Boathouse is a striking, airy structure based on the design of a colonial woolshed that used to stand on the property. Located on the water’s edge at Wairoa Bay, close to The Landing jetty, The Boathouse offers extensive living space, including a covered courtyard, terraces and an outdoor fireplace area.
Generous indoor and outdoor entertainment areas flow seamlessly into each other. The Boathouse sleeps four people in two bedrooms: one king master bedroom and one twin room. There is one bathroom in The Boathouse itself and another in the adjacent service building.
A stay at The Landing allows exploration of six private beaches, native bush and bird sanctuaries as well as access to a range of outdoor activities

Taking its name from its unique location, the Vineyard Villa is tucked quietly amongst The Landing's established vines. An entertainer's haven or romantic's escape, the house sleeps six comfortably with two king bedrooms and a generous master suits. The living quarters are open yet intimate, to the front of the house, a covered terrace provides year-round outdorr dining, while a sheltered courtyard to the west offers sunset views and an inviting open-air fire.
Surrounding the villa, a manicured lawn gently rolls into the vineyard, leading to walking trails that connect the property to the beach and beyond.

The four bedroom Gabriel Residence is located immediately above the tranquil waters of Wairoa Bay, with magnificent views in all directions, taking in sea, islands, bush, farmland and wetlands. The house has extensive outdorr living spaces, and in addition to the large main living area, there are three other self-contained indoor living spaces including a spacious entertainment room with pool table, a large den/library space and an intimate downstairs lounge area.
The Gabriel residence sleeps eight people in four king bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, all with superb views and luxurious ensuite bathrooms.
