Hi Liz

Just to let you know our tickets etc have arrived safely. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your very professional service. Even though everything has been done by email, I have felt no reason to phone you or pop in with any problems.

My neighbour may be planning a trip with her sister in the near future. I am going to show her what you have done for me and recommend she do likewise, as she does have a computer. So, hopefully, I may be able to throw a little business your way.

I heard this morning that a Wellington announcer has just announced that the Pacific Resort Aitutaki, has just been voted the best of three resorts in the WORLD!! Needless to say I am very excited about my visit.
