The resort’s 264 spacious rooms are contemporary and modern, each with its own balcony or patio offering views over the lush tropical gardens or ocean. Fully appointed, they feature the Sheraton ‘Ahhh’ Sweet Sleeper Beds, generous sized bathrooms with dual vanities, 32” flat screen televisions, internet connectivity and your choice of a king or two double beds. Our thoughts on the Sheraton Fiji Resort
Some resorts impress from the moment you arrive and the Sheraton Fiji Resort is definitely one of these. If you have previously visited at the SFR (as it's affectionately known by its repeat guests), you will know what we mean and if you have yet to experience this property, be ready for a WOW! Experience as you enter the wonderful lobby and catch your first glimpse of this big, open, spectacular space and the view of the pools and the ocean beyond. It seems you are surrounded by places to eat, shop, play and enjoy in or attached to this area you'll immediately be in relaxed mode.

Over recent times, The Sheraton Fiji Resort has added several innovative features. These include a "Quiet Area" where adults can enjoy an adults' only pool and lounging area. Then there is a lovely sand-floor restaurant and a dedicated seafood restaurant. Between the sand floor and the seafood restaurants and a live entertainment area, instead of merely providing comfortable chairs, a great innovation has been to install an area of big, comfortable built-in daybeds which are marvelously comfortable for relaxing in a semi-shaded area during the day and from which to sip a cocktail or two while enjoying the evening live entertainment. Another innovative addition is the Link@Sheraton - a big air-conditioned space set up with free internet access for all guests, board games, flat-screen TV and reading library for all guests.

Specials
With the exception of peak periods, Sheraton Denarau Villas offer Stay/Pay specials such as Stay 5/ Pay 4, Stay 5/Pay 3 and Stay 4/Pay 3. Our Specialists will always utilize any stay/pay specials which apply during your occupancy period.

Your Room Options
The guest rooms at the Sheraton Fiji Resort are all light, bright spacious, contemporary and modern. The room sizes vary according to their category, with the Ocean Breeze and Ocean View Rooms at 34 square metres, the Ocean Front Rooms at 40 square metres and the Ocean Suites at a whopping 48 square metres. The rooms are all in two storey blocks. The ground floor rooms have a private patio and the first floor rooms have a balcony. You'll get all the room amenities you would expect in a five star resort with the addition of high speed internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board, but best of all is the feeling of light and space.

 Ocean Breeze Room
Overlook manicured tropical gardens through a wide, grassed area between two guest room wings.

 Ocean View Room
Garden Views from inside the rooms and an ocean view from the balcony or patio. All Ocean View Rooms are around 40 metres away from the waterfront.

Existing Bedding Configuration: 1 King or 2 Doubles
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed

 Ocean Front Room
A little bigger than Ocean Breeze and Ocean View Rooms. Very handy to the ocean which is approximately 15 metres away. Full ocean views from the room and the balcony.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children
Existing Bedding Configuration: 1 King or 2 Doubles
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed

 Ocean Studio Room
These rooms are BIG. They are normally located on the front corners of each guest wing so you enjoy unencumbered ocean views on two sides.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children
Existing Bedding Configuration: 1 King or 2 Doubles
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed

 Presidential Suite
Overlooking the beautiful beachfront of Denarau Island, the resort’s stunning modern Presidential Suite is thoughtfully designed for the most leisurely and relaxing stay. This163-square-metre, first-floor suite features a master bedroom with a private balcony for admiring the ocean vistas and a king-size Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, The Suite includes a large lounge room with LCD TV, separate dining room with seating for up to eight people, executive work desk with High Speed Internet Access, and a kitchenette and pantry for cooking in or entertaining.

Getting to and from the Sheraton Fiji Resort
We will provide a coach or private car arrival/departure transfer from/to Nadi International Airport to the Sheraton Fiji Resort. Transfer time is approximately 30 minutes.

Kids Policy
Sheraton family plan applies whereby children 12 years of age and under are complimentary if accommodated in existing bedding, sharing with at least 1 paying adult. If an extra bed is requested, an extra bed charge applies. Rollaway beds are permanently on request. There is a maximum of 1 rollaway bed per room. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or a maximum of 3 adults per room.

Along with the complimentary buffet breakfast in “Feasts Restaurant”, children 0-12 years of age receive a Kids SUPER Dining Discount of F$5 (plus tax) per person for lunch and dinner at selected dining venues throughout the Sheraton/Westin complex. Please note that some venues put a 7.00pm limit on the kids super dining discount. Kids utilizing the Super Dining Discount must be accompanied by at least 1 paying adult (maximum 2 children per adult). Conditions apply.

Shows:
On Wednesday and Saturday nights, there is a Firewalking and Cultural Show at the Westin Denarau. Children aged under 3 years are free of charge and children between 3 and 12 pay 50% of the full adult price, provided they are accompanied by at least 1 paying adult.

Children 4-12 years of age play for free in the Kids Club for the duration of their stay (maximum 2 children). Infants under 4 years of age or children requiring special needs must be accompanied by their guardian or adult.

Check-in/Check Out
The hotel will make every effort to ensure your rooms are available at your time of check-in; however, the Hotel standard times and rates are as follows:
Check In Time: 3.00pm
Check Out Time: 11.00am

 Access prior to 3.00pm - Pre-registration from night before at contract rate (Subject to availability at time of check-in.)
 Late Check Out up to 6.00pm - 50% of nightly rate
 Late Check Out after 6.00pm - Full nightly rate for that night
 Early Check Out - Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation plus any taxes for the full duration of their reserved stay.
 Day use rooms can be provided at 50% of the nightly rate between 12:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. A full night’s charge will apply for check-in prior to 12:00 hrs as well as for check-out after 18:00 hrs.

Cancellation Policy
 All cancellations must be made in writing.
 If cancellations are effected within 14 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation including taxes will be levied.
 For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival during the following peak periods: 01 - 21 Apr 12, 23 Jun 12 - 14 Jul 12, 22 Sep 12 - 06 Oct 12, 28 Dec 12 - 05 Jan 13 & 29 - 31 Mar 13 will attract a penalty per room per night for the number of rooms booked.
 Guests that cancel within 48 hours, or check in after their scheduled arrival date will be charged accommodation including taxes for all nights the room was booked but not occupied.
 No-shows: A penalty of all nights accommodation charge per room will apply for all no-shows.
