Our thoughts on Fiji Beach Resort & Spa managed by Hilton
Once this amazing development is totally complete it will be known as "The Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa". What exists today is stage 1 and stage 2 of the development. The Resort is being managed by Hilton to Hilton service standards now, and once stage 3 has been completed, the Resort will become a fully branded Hilton Resort.
So, what's missing from the normal Hilton 5 star standard property? Well, we understand there is to be another completely separate wing of villas and suites to be built at the far eastern end of the property towards the Denarau Marina on the Eastern Peninsular, so that doesn't (and won't) have any impact at all on the current setup and once that wing is complete, there will be some work done to upgrade and enlarge the present temporary Reception and ancillary services area. You know, once you have settled in, we reckon you'll never give any of this a second thought.
This Resort has 273 amazing, modern, spacious Studios, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom accommodation units, superb restaurants and wonderful swimming pools, all spread along an idyllic beach. This Resort has more beach frontage than any other on Denarau Island.
Apart from the Studios, all accommodation features a full-sized kitchen as well as a private BBQ. A full buffet breakfast is included in the tariff until at least 31 March 2013.
Your Accommodation Options
The Fiji Beach Resort & Spa managed by Hilton, have very special rooms indeed. All the Studios have an open plan, even the wonderful bathrooms can be opened right up so that their area can be included in the overall spaciousness of the room if required. The One, Two & Three Bedroom Villa Suites all have separate living areas and fully-equipped kitchens, clothes washer and dryer. All accommodation is found in individual Villa Blocks located throughout the Resort, each one containing between 8 and 16 suites.
Room Categories
 Studios
Studios are offered on the beachfront or with a garden view. The Beachfront Studios are a good 38 square metres in size (excluding balcony or patio) while the Gardenview Studios are 40 square metres in size (excluding balcony or patio) and have a separate living area. Studio accommodation does not include a kitchen facility. Studios can interconnect with a One Bedroom Suite which does include a fully equipped kitchen.
Beachfront Studio

Existing Bedding Configuration: 1 King zip or 2 Singles
Garden View Studio
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child

One Bedroom Suite
The One Bedroom Villas are available in 3 categories: Gardenview, Beachfront and Beachfront Deluxe. One Bedroom Gardenview are 61 square metres while both Beachfront categories are 65 square metres in size. All One Bedroom Villas have fully-equipped kitchens and an espresso machine as well as a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Guests in the Beachfront Deluxe Villas have access to a shared plunge pool and outdoor day beds. All One Bedroom Villas include a private BBQ on the balcony or terrace.

Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed
Two Bedroom Suites and Penthouses
The Two Bedroom accommodation is offered in 3 categories: 94 square metre single level Beachfront Villas, 125 metre single level Deluxe Beachfront Villas (with access to a shared plunge pool) and 132 square metre 2 level Penthouses.
2 Bedroom Beachfront Villas and the Two Bedroom Beachfront Penhouses feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a separate bath and shower, the second bathroom has a shower only. The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Beachfront Villas have 2 bathrooms, both of which have a separate shower and bath.
All 2 Bedroom Beachfront Villas and Penthouses are spacious; all have full kitchen facilities and include an espresso machine, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. All have a private BBQ.
The Penthouses are all located on the Eastern Peninsular; they have a bedroom on the ground level and the other bedroom and living area on the upper level which features spacious wrap-around decks and great views towards the ocean and the Denarau Marina.
Maximum Occupancy: 5 Persons
Existing Bedding Configuration: 1 King double bed in both bedrooms. One King double can be split into 2 single beds if required.
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed
Three Bedroom Suites and Penthouses
The Three Bedroom Beachfront Penthouses are 166 square metres and are all located on the Eastern Peninsular. On the ground level there is a One Bedroom and on the upper level houses 2 more bedrooms and the living area. Three Bedroom Penthouses have 3 bathrooms, The Master bedroom upstairs bathroom features a bath as well as a separate shower, the second bedroom upstairs bathroom has a shower only. There is a full-sized kitchen with all facilities including an espresso machine, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. All have a private BBQ.
The 3 Bedroom Deluxe Beachfront Villas are a huge 191 square metres all on one level. Each one has a large outdoor terrace with ocean views. Included in the terrace is a private plunge pool and private day beds. There are 2 bathrooms; one of which has a huge free-standing bath, the other bathroom has a shower only. The full-sized kitchen has a complete range of cooking facilities and utensils, crockery etc., as well as an espresso machine, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer.
Suite
Maximum Occupancy: 7 Persons
Existing Bedding Configuration: 1 King double bed in both ensuite bedrooms, 1 of which can be split into 2 single beds. The third, non-ensuite bedroom has 2 single beds.
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed
Penthouse
Maximum Occupancy: 7 Persons
Existing Bedding Configuration: 3 King double beds – 1 in each bedroom. One of the King doubles can be split into 2 single beds

Getting to and from the Fiji Beach Resort & Spa managed by Hilton
We will provide a coach or private car arrival/departure transfer from/to Nadi International Airport to the Fiji Beach Resort & Spa managed by Hilton. Transfer time is approximately 30 minutes.
Kids Policy
Children under 19 years of age stay free sharing a room with parents utilizing existing bedding or the 1 rollaway bed which can be added to all room types with the exception of the Studio Beachfront rooms..
Breakfast: Children aged up to 10 years eat freewhen accompanied by an adult where an adult meal is purchased.
Lunch & Dinner: Children aged up to 4 years eat free from kids’ buffet and kids’ menu when accompanied by an adult paying for a meal. Children aged 5-10 years pay full price when dining from the kids’ menu or the kids’ buffet, or they may dine at a 50% discount from the full a la carte menu. Children aged 11 years and older are charged full price for meals.
The Resort runs a special Kids’ Club for unaccompanied children gaed 4 years and over. There is a charge for this service. Children aged up to 4 are welcome at the Kids’ Club but must be accompanied .by an adult.
Babysitting is available at a charge (3 hour minimum).
Check-in/Check Out
The hotel will make every effort to ensure your rooms are available at your time of check-in; however, the Hotel standard times and rates are as follows:
Check In Time: 3.00pm
Check Out Time: 11.00am
Late Check Out up to 6.00pm - 50% of nightly rate
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
If cancellations are effected within 2 days of scheduled arrival and no later than 4pm on the relevant arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation including taxes will be levied.
For cancellations received within 2 days of scheduled arrival and no later than 4pm on the relevant arrival date during the following peak period: 01 - 15 Jul 12 & 27 Dec 12 – 06 Jan 13 will attract a penalty of 100% of total reservation.
