Our thoughts on the Sheraton Denarau Villas
Many of Our Pacific's customers prefer the apartment-style option for a holiday, especially if they want a break where they unpack once, settle in to one place and totally unwind. This is a great spot for that type of break, but with the added attraction of having a world-class resort on both sides whose facilities are fully available to you and which are only a short walk away. Enjoy the restaurants and the activities at either resort, then return to the quiet relaxation of your own pools and your own spacious apartment-style villa. Don't overlook the Sheraton Denarau Villa's own casual dining and bar "The Wet Edge" that operates for lunch and dinner. A Two Bedroom Villa at the Sheraton Denarau Villas is a great option for couples holidaying together as not only do they get the extra space that a separate living area provides, they also enjoy some personal private space too. Guests at Sheraton Denarau Villas also receive access to the Link@Sheraton which provides complimentary internet access, the use of board games, flat screen TV and the reading library located of the lobby at the Sheraton Fiji Resort.

Specials
With the exception of peak periods, Sheraton Denarau Villas offer Stay/Pay specials such as Stay 5/ Pay 4, Stay 5/Pay 3 and Stay 4/Pay 3. Our Specialists will always utilize any stay/pay specials which apply during your occupancy period.

Your Villa Options
Depending on the category, The Villas are either ground floor with direct access to the resort's gardens and pools, or on the first floor with balconies overlooking the gardens, pools or ocean. A Garden Villa faces outward on to the ornamental gardens and lagoons and is generally furthest away from the ocean although some Garden Villas have a partial sea view. A Lagoon Villa faces inward towards the Lagoon Pool in the mid section of the resort and a Seafront Villa is very close to the sea and faces over the horizon pool and the ocean.

Room Categories
 Two Bedroom Villa (Garden, Lagoon, or Seafront)
The Two Bedroom Villas are especially comfortable for 2 couples sharing or for a family seeking space and individual privacy. At approximately 112 square metres, they are the size of a good-sized apartment. Two Bedroom Villas comprise a living room of 38-42 square metres which contains a lounge and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with cook-top, microwave oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee facility and more. The master bedroom, 32-35 square metres in size, opens directly off the living room, but can be closed off by sliding doors. This bedroom has a big ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower and includes clothes washing/drying facilities. A second bedroom, also 32-35 square metres in size opens off the villa lobby. This bedroom, with a separate balcony, has an ensuite bathroom with combined bath and shower and private tea/coffee facilities. Both bedrooms come equipped with ironing board, iron, hairdryer and TV.
Maximum Occupancy: 5 Adults or 5 Adults & 2 Children
Existing Bedding Configuration: 1 King in the main bedroom & 2 Double beds in the second bedroom
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed

 Three Bedroom Seafront Villa
At approximately 148 square metres in size and located on the top (first floor), the Three Bedroom Villas are similar in layout to the 2 bedroom villas, but with a third bedroom with the same size, layout and facilities as the second bedroom. Like the second bedroom,the third bedroom also opens off the villa’smain lobby and has a private balcony, ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee facility, TV etc. An additional feature is a spacious terrace on the top floor with panoramic views of the ocean and nearby islands.
Maximum Occupancy: 7 Adults or 7 Adults & 2 Children
Existing Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings + 2 Doubles
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Rollaway bed

Getting to and from the Sheraton Denarau Villas
We will provide a coach or private car arrival/departure transfer from/to Nadi International Airport to the Sheraton Denarau Villas. Transfer time is approximately 30 minutes.

Kids Policy
Sheraton family plan applies whereby children 12 years of age and under are complimentary if accommodated in existing bedding, sharing with at least 1 paying adult. If an extra bed is requested, an extra bed charge applies. Rollaway beds are permanently on request. There is a maximum of 1 rollaway bed per room. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or a maximum of 3 adults per room.

Children 0-12 years of age receive a Kids SUPER Dining Discount of F$5 (plus tax) per person for lunch and dinner at selected dining venues throughout the Sheraton/Westin complex. Please note that some venues put a 7.00pm limit on the kids dining discount. Kids utilizing the Super Dining Discount must be accompanied by at least 1 paying adult (maximum 2 children per adult). Conditions apply.

Shows:
On Wednesday and Saturday nights, there is a Firewalking and Cultural Show at the Westin Denarau. Children aged under 3 years are free of charge and children between 3 and 12 pay 50% of the full adult price, provided they are accompanied by at least 1 paying adult.

Children 4-12 years of age play for free in the Kids Club for the duration of their stay (maximum 2 children). Infants under 4 years of age or children requiring special needs must be accompanied by their guardian or adult.

Check-in/Check Out
The hotel will make every effort to ensure your rooms are available at your time of check-in; however, the Hotel standard times and rates are as follows:
Check In Time: 3.00pm
Check Out Time: 11.00am

 Access prior to 3.00pm - Pre-registration from night before at contract rate (Subject to availability at time of check-in.)
 Late Check Out up to 6.00pm - 50% of nightly rate
 Late Check Out after 6.00pm - Full nightly rate for that night
 Early Check Out - Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation plus any taxes for the full duration of their reserved stay.
 Day use rooms can be provided at 50% of the nightly rate between 12:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. A full night’s charge will apply for check-in prior to 12:00 hrs as well as for check-out after 18:00 hrs.

Cancellation Policy
 All cancellations must be made in writing.
 If cancellations are effected within 14 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation including taxes will be levied.
 For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival during the following peak periods: 01 - 21 Apr 12, 23 Jun 12 - 14 Jul 12, 22 Sep 12 - 06 Oct 12, 28 Dec 12 - 05 Jan 13 & 29 - 31 Mar 13 will attract a penalty per room per night for the number of rooms booked.
 Guests that cancel within 48 hours, or check in after their scheduled arrival date will be charged accommodation including taxes for all nights the room was booked but not occupied.
 No-shows: A penalty of all nights accommodation charge per room will apply for all no-shows.
