"The Outrigger on the Lagoon - Fiji is a luxury, officially rated 5 star resort situated in the heart of Fiji's Coral Coast. The resort is set on a white sand beach, amongst 40 acres of tall palms and lush tropical landscaped gardens. The accommodation is comprised of 207 deluxe rooms and suites, most with sweeping ocean views and 47 traditional thatched bures (bungalows).
For guests staying in a bure, suite or Deluxe Ocean View Room they will also experience the “Talai” (butler) VIP service too, some of the inclusions that the “Talai” service will offer include; welcome drinks, personalised guest services, and complimentary champagne and canapés personally delivered to your bure/room every afternoon.
All rooms and bures feature air conditioning, Plasma flat screen TV’s with satellite channels, (plus “pay per view” movies), Play Station consolers, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, robes, in-room safe, 24 hour room service, mini bars, broadband internet and balconies or patio’s.
The resort’s guest facilities are second to none and include a huge lagoon style swimming pool, extensive water activities, complimentary 24 hour fitness centre, 2 flood lit tennis courts, an international standard golf training facility, 4 unique restaurants and 5 bars. The property has a terrific Kids Club and there is a comprehensive daily activities program to suit guests of all ages. Guests can be pampered is the spectacular Bebe Spa Sanctuary – featuring 8 treatment rooms, the “Chill Out lounge” (which is perfect for relaxing pre and post spa treatments) and the Kalokalo bar – which offers unbelievable vistas. Our thoughts on the Outrigger on the Lagoon - Fiji
With 207 guest rooms plus 47 bures, the AAA rated 5 star Outrigger on the Lagoon - Fiji is a perfect size for a great holiday. It's big enough to offer a complete range of resort facilities and services, while retaining the atmosphere of a much more intimate resort. This intimacy has been achieved through its location on land sloping gently down to the beach and by placing the main accommodation blocks side by side in a row near the top of the rise to either side of the reception area. That leaves the majority of the land area of the resort for intimate groups of bures, no less than 7 restaurants, lounges and bars, the many pool and activity areas which are all surrounded by lovely mature palms and beautifully maintained tropical gardens and lawns.
The Outrigger is located 80kms (around a 1 hour scenic drive) from Nadi International Airport and only 5km from Sigatoka Town. It is surrounded by places of interest, but we have found that once you get unpacked and settled in, you really don't feel the need to leave to go anywhere else. However, if you do feel like the odd change of scenery while you are staying at The Outrigger, just wander down the beach a short way and you come across a delightful little village-like grouping of beachside cafes, the odd bar and a few other facilities along the way.
You'll enjoy finding your favourite places at the Outrigger - here are 2 of ours - the Kalo Bar in the Spa building at the top of the resort with its magnificent views and at the other end of the Resort, the Sundowner Bar which is right on the Beach; watch the romantic sunsets!

Kids Meals (Kids Eat Free Special)
Free meals for children 12 years of age and under, when sharing the same room as their parents (or supervising adults) based on a maximum of 2 children (under 12 years) per room or bure.
For bookings in a Plantation Family Bure or in the “Family Suites” promotion up to 4 children can eat free.
The “Kids Eat Free” meals only apply to meals ordered from the children’s menus or the resort’s children’s buffet (whichever is operational at the time of stay).
Breakfast is from the main resort buffet. Kids Eat Free is excluded from room service.
This special is only available when booking Our Pacific’s contracted year-round rates and is applicable to any room or bure category.

Your Room, Bure & Suite Options
You will arrive at the top of the Resort. There are two 4 storey blocks on each side of Reception and these blocks contain Guest Rooms and One Bedroom Suites. There are also Guest Rooms in one 3 storey block beachside which is named the Lagoon Wing. The 47 bures are located in clusters down the gentle slope to the beach. Those closest to the Reception area are the Plantation and Plantation Family Bures. The Beachfront Bures are virtually on the beach and the Ocean Breeze Bures are located in the gardens, close to the Beachfront Bures.
Room Categories
 Superior Resort View Room
These are 47 square metres in area, Superior Resort View Rooms are located on the ground floor of every Guest Room block (including the Lagoon Wing) as well as the first two floors of the higher up Guest Room blocks. There is generally no sea view from these rooms but there is a pleasant view of the Resort and the tropical gradens. Interconnecting rooms are available.

Deluxe Ocean View Room

Plantation Bure
These Bures are 50 square metres in area and located within the tropical gardens between the main guest room blocks and the swimming pool complex. There is a hammock outside every Bure.

Ocean Breeze & Beachfront Bures
The 50 square metre Ocean Breeze Bures are located in a group of only 7 bures which are very handy to the beach and surrounded by tropical plantings. They are just behind the Beachfront Bures which are, as their name suggests, right on the beach frontage.

Getting to and from the Outrigger on the Lagoon - Fiji
We will provide a coach or private car arrival/departure transfer from/to Nadi International Airport to the Outrigger.
Island Hoppers helicopter transfer to and from Nadi International Airport & selected resorts. Ask us for details of the INCLUSIONS PACKAGE for stays that include Castaway Island Resort & Outrigger On The Lagoon – Fiji. This package includes a one way helicopter transfer between The Outrigger and Castaway Island as well as other value-added features.
Kids Policy
Children under 13 years of age stay free (maximum 2 children) when sharing the same room as their parents using existing bedding.
When staying a minimum of 4 nights, children under 13 years of age eat free (maximum 2 children) when sharing the same room as their parents.
Meals are limited to the kids menu or the children's buffet (including breakfast).
Children under 13 years of age are not permitted in the Ivi Restaurant.
Kids’ Club - Little Riggers and Beach Riggers supervised children's activity programs

Younger guests are provided with a full day of activities. From water polo at the spectacular pool, to an afternoon of fun Fijian games, kids are kept busy all day!

The hotel will make every effort to ensure your rooms are available at your time of check-in; however, the Hotel standard times and rates are as follows:

Day use rooms can be provided at a discounted rate between 11.00am and 6.00pm.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
If cancellations are effected within 14 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation will be levied.
For cancellations received 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival including no shows, a cancellation fee equal to three night’s accommodation will be levied.
