What an amazing range of services and facilities for a boutique-style hotel with only 30 rooms and what a magic location! The Muri Beach Club Hotel offers something a little different for Rarotonga. It’s very modern in its style and décor, light and bright, even a little edgy in some ways, but it fits into its environment exceptionally well and delivers its guests a perfect balance of sophistication and a relaxed beach and lagoon setting. Continental breakfast is included in the tariff and this can be upgraded to a cooked breakfast for a small additional charge.

Muri Beach faces east, so the sunrise can be stunning, but you don’t miss out entirely on sunsets either as the sunset displays, so vivid on the other side of the island, light up the mountains behind the Muri Lagoon and the Muri lagoon’s little motu islands. The lagoon and the motus are right out front of the Muri Beach Club Hotel and the filtered sunset on this side of the island provides a wonderful soft environment for a romantic wedding ceremony.  Muri Beach Club has a wide range of wedding packages on offer and honeymooners receive special services too.

We are really impressed with the way the layout of this property works so well in this magic location.  Because it faces east, there are sometimes times when the easterly wind blows straight over the Muri Lagoon and makes for great lagoon sailing conditions. If you don’t want to go sailing and just want to continue taking in the sun, the wind is no problem if you are staying at Muri Beach Club because the enclosed central courtyard which includes the Resort’s swimming pool and sun-loungers is well sheltered from the easterly wind and because this is an adults-only resort, sun-lounging around the pool is very calm and peaceful.

Your  Accommodation Options
As you arrive at the beautiful, 24 hour Reception area, the pool is off to your left and the two-storey block directly ahead of you houses the Premier Garden Rooms. Next to these rooms and towards the beach is the two-storey block of Pool View Rooms and past the pool as you head towards the beach you find ahead of you, The Point Restaurant which opens right up on to the beach and 2 two-storey blocks of Deluxe Beachfront rooms, one on each side of the restaurant.  All accommodation is air-conditioned and all rooms have beautiful, tiled ensuite bathrooms with a facility not often found in the tropics, heated towel-rails.

 Premier Garden Rooms
Although these rooms are furthest away from the beach at the Muri Beach Club, none are more than around 50 metres from the beach.  The ground floor rooms face the garden and most of the first floor rooms have a view of the interior mountains.

 Pool View Rooms
A few steps from the ground floor rooms and guests are in the pool, a few more steps and you are on the beach! First floor balconies afford views of the interior mountains off to one side.

 Deluxe Beachfront Rooms
Right on the pure white sand of Muri Beach, guests in Deluxe Beachfront Rooms enjoy bathrobes and slippers for a little extra luxury. From the Beachfront Rooms there are unencumbered views, from both the ground and the first floor rooms, of the lagoon, the little lagoon islands and the sunrise. You can wade out to the little motu island which is straight off Muri Beach Club, but better still, take a kayak (included) from the Aqua Centre and paddle out to the motu on the calm lagoon.

Getting to and from Muri Beach Club Hotel
We will provide a coach or private car arrival/departure transfer from/to Rarotonga International Airport to Muri Beach Club Hotel.

Kids Policy
Children 17 years of age and under are not permitted at the Resort.

Check-in/Check Out
The hotel will make every effort to ensure your rooms are available at your time of check-in; however, the Hotel standard times and rates are as follows:
Check In Time: 3.00pm
Check Out Time: 11.00am

 Access prior to 3.00pm - Pre-registration from night before at contract rate (Subject to availability at time of check-in.)
 Late Check Out up to 6.00pm - 50% of nightly contract rate
 Late Check Out after 6.00pm - Full nightly contract rate for that night
 Early Check Out - Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation plus any taxes for the full duration of their reserved stay.
 Day use rooms can be provided at 50% of the nightly contract rate between 12:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. A full night’s charge will apply for check-in prior to 12:00 hrs as well as for check-out after 18:00 hrs.

Cancellation Policy
 All cancellations must be made in writing.
 If cancellations are effected between 30 and 15 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation will be levied.
 If cancellations are effected between 14 and 7 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to two night’s accommodation will be levied.
 If cancellations are effected within 7 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total stay will be levied.
